honesty and straightforwardness of speech or behaviour

affectation: noun
1. A show, pretense, or display.
2. Behavior that is assumed rather than natural; artificiality. A particular habit, as of speech or dress, adopted to give a false impression.

decorum: noun
Appropriateness of behavior or conduct; propriety

parley: noun
A discussion or conference, especially one between enemies over terms of truce or other matters.

loquacious: adj.
Very talkative; garrulous

Deserving of esteem; admirable
